Job description:
As an Office Manager, you are responsible for ensuring smooth administrative, operational, and organizational tasks within our office. You ensure that daily office activities are coordinated and that the work environment is optimal for all employees.
Your tasks include, among others:
- Coordinating incoming phone calls and emails
- Welcoming visitors and customers and ensuring a professional reception
- Coordinating facility services, such as cleaning and maintenance
- Assisting with HR-related tasks, such as organizing job interviews and maintaining personnel records
- Assisting with events and meetings, including arranging catering and preparing meeting rooms
- Other coordinating and supporting tasks
Requirements:
- MBO-HBO level of education and thinking
- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, excelling in organization and planning
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English, both orally and in writing
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Proactive and flexible attitude, with the ability to switch quickly between tasks
- Strong team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
