HR-Werkt
What is unique about HR Groep is our own business unit, HR-Werkt. HR-Werkt trains young talent in-house for the maritime, civil, and energymarkets. With its own self-developed training programms and traineeships, HR-Werkt is the knowledge, learning and working platform for the technical sector. Through its unique collaborations with Firda, Sterk Techniek Onderwijs, Windesheim, OBM, and training partners in the Dutch Caribbean, HR-Werkt can train (and re-educate) (young) talent to become all-round technicians. HR-Werkt provides training for welders, fitters, mechanics, diesel mechanics, engine specialists, electrical technicians, and installation technicians to become all-round technicians for the maritime (including commercial shipping and yacht building), civil, infrastructure, and energy sectors.

HR Werkt offers a unique traineeship to talented individuals from bothEurope and the Dutch Caribbean. The traineeship involves training,working, learning, and earning. HR Werkt provides job security before,during, and after the completion of the traineeship. HR Werkt has itsown apprenticeship coaches who not only provide traineeshipsupervision but also guide the talents in terms of development andfuture prospects within the HR Werkt job pool. What sets HR Werktapart is our ability to deploy our trainees and talents both within andoutside the group.
