As a Technical Commercial Support Officer, you are the link between our technical expertise and our customers. You are responsible for providing excellent support to our customers, combining technical knowledge with commercial skills.

Your tasks include, among others:

• Advising customers on technical products and services
• Identifying customer needs and providing appropriate solutions
• Drafting quotations and handling commercial transactions
• Supporting the sales team with technical inquiries
• Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction

• Extensive technical knowledge and skills
• Demonstrable commercial experience, preferably in a technical environment
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently while also functioning well in a team
