Job description:

As a warehouse manager, you are responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks within our two warehouses. Your duties include receiving, storing, shipping, and keeping track of goods, ensuring that all processes run smoothly. You work closely with different teams, such as logistics, production, and quality control, to ensure that all operational objectives are met.

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods
• Ensuring efficient storage of materials and products
• Picking, packaging, and shipping orders
• Keeping track of inventory
• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in compliance with safety guidelines
• Identifying opportunities for improvement in warehouse processes and contributing to continuous improvement
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Required skills and qualifications:

• MBO level of education and thinking
• Possession of certificates? VCA, forklift, etc. Do you have the relevant certificates for the position?
• Experience in a warehouse environment
• Excellent technical knowledge and skills
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude towards identifying and solving operational challenges
• Attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
