Job Description

We are currently looking for an Infrastructure Supervisor to strengthen our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of various projects within our Infrastructure discipline. You will be involved in both the development of residential and industrial areas, as well as renovation projects of existing structures. Every day, you strive to get the best out of your team, coaching and inspiring them with your leadership. If you are a strong personality driven to achieve results, proactive, and willing to work for an extended period, then this is the job for you. Within our company, we specialize in Infrastructure and Civil works, and you will work on fixed projects on Bonaire. You will work alongside an experienced team of craftsmen who will welcome you with open arms.

What does your work look like?

• Together with your team and our regular subcontractors, you ensure the successful execution of the assigned project
• You ensure that manpower and equipment are scheduled as effectively and efficiently as possible
• You work closely with the project manager to whom you also provide (financial) accountability. To execute this effectively, it is important that you have strong administrative and financial skills
• Your work area is Bonaire, with the possibility of occasional projects in surrounding (is)lands
• You mostly work in teams but with significant individual responsibility for the outcome

What qualities do you bring?

• A completed relevant vocational or higher education degree
• Several years of experience as an Infrastructure Supervisor
• You are motivated and have a positive attitude
• Holding a Sedula/Passport or work permit
• Holding a driver’s license
• You have (your own) transportation to reach the headquarters
• Proficiency in Papiamento (not mandatory), Dutch, Spanish, or English, both spoken and possibly written
• You can perform physical work, and you enjoy working outdoors
• You want to make the world a bit better for our clients, users, and yourself
